White Sage

The ritual of burning herbs is common to many cultures in the world.  From burning of frankincense in Eastern European churches to the holy incenses of Asia. The purification of space through this method is a global phenomenon and one that anyone can benefit from.

Burning sage is one of the oldest Native North American practices and one of the purest methods of cleansing a person, a group or space. Burning Sage also provides Anti-Bacterial benefits as it burns.

Palo Santo

Palo Santo is a mystical tree tat grows on the coast of South America. In Spanish, the name literally means "Holy Wood".  Palo Santo is sustainably harvested without cutting down the trees.  As branches, twigs and dead trees fall to the ground, they are left for 4 to 10 years before being harvested.  Its only after this time that Palo Santo's medicinal and mystical properties come alive.

Traditionally used for smudging as well as for relieving common colds, flu symptoms, stress, asthma, headaches, anxiety, depression, inflammation, emotional pain and more.  Use as you would sage for smudging.  

A single stick can be used many times. 

Abalone Shell

Traditionally use as a vessel to hold your smudge as you walk around.

Wild Turkey Feather

Includes a Wild Turkey Feather used while smudging to help spread the smoke around.
